She has led complex initiatives across tech, government, insurance, and finance, and has trained hundreds of aspiring and early-career project managers on how to clearly communicate their value and show up confidently in interviews.

A Note From Anna...

...earlier in my career, I was doing the work but not getting the recognition. I was managing large projects as a Project Coordinator, working hard year after year with no promotions and little movement. At the same time, I was raising a young family and feeling the pressure to create something better.

Making the leap into a Project Manager role meant stepping outside my comfort zone. It was uncomfortable and scary — and it ended up being the best decision I ever made.

Today, project management looks very different. AI is being built into many of the tools PMs use for planning, analysis, and communication. I use AI in my own work to think through delivery scenarios, prepare clearer stakeholder updates, and support project planning — always alongside judgment and leadership, not as a replacement.

What I see now is that many capable professionals either aren’t sure how AI fits into project work, or they’re unsure how to talk about their experience as expectations shift.
